Consultancy: Final Evaluation 07/2025 – 05/2026
As a registered consultant of the GIZ framework for Central Project Evaluations, I conducted the final evaluation of the project Improved living conditions and psychosocial support in the context of forced displacement, South Sudan” in cooperation with a local consultant. The design of the summative evaluation was theory based, involving contribution analysis based on the reconstruction of the Theory of Change. The evaluation was semi-remote, meaning data collection was conducted by my local South Sudanese colleague. Data collection tools included desk study, semi-structured (expert) interviews, focus group discussions, workshops and team meetings, and observation. The data analysis has been done with MAXQDA. The key sectors served by this project are food security, nutrition, agriculture, psycho-social support, displacement.

Consultancy: Mid-Term and Final Evaluation – 10/18 – 04/19 & 09/20 – 03/21
As a Team Leader I conducted the Mid-term and final evaluation of the COMPASS (Conjoint multiactor
programme for the advancement of structural solutions to food and nutritional insecurity) –
Strategic Partnership Programme, implemented by Caritas Austria through 4 different local
implementing partners and funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA). The project was implemented in Senegal, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, South-Sudan. My evaluation team comprised of six members, 2 international and 4 national consultants. The national consultants were in charge of the data collection in each respective country. The key sectors targeted under this project were food security, nutrition, Climate Change Adaptations, Capacity Strengthening.
