Consultancy: Final Evaluation – 12/2025 – 10/2026
As a registered consultant of the GIZ framework for Central Project Evaluations, I am currently conducting the final evaluation of the project “Adaptive Social Protection, Indonesia” in cooperation with a local consultant. The design of the summative evaluation is theory based, involving contribution analysis based on the reconstruction of the Theory of Change. The evaluation is semi-remote, meaning data collection is conducted by my local Indonesian colleague. Data collection tools include desk study, semi-structured (expert) interviews, focus group discussions, workshops and team meetings, and observation. The data analysis will be done with MAXQDA. The key sectors served by this project are Adaptive Social Protection, institutional capacity strengthening, livelihood, and climate change adaptation.
