Consultancy: Final Evaluation – 01/2022 – 07/2023
For GIZ, I conducted the final evaluation of the project “Management of Wilpattu National Park and its Influence Zones” in cooperation with a local consultant. The design of the summative evaluation was theory based, involving contribution and a stakeholder analysis and the reconstruction of the Theory of Change. Data collection tools included desk study, semi-structured (expert) interviews, focus group discussions, workshops and team meetings, and observation. The key sectors served by this project were natural resource management, biodiversity, and climate change adaptation.
