Consultancy: Final Evaluation – 07/2022 – 10/2023
For GIZ, I conducted the final evaluation of the project “Conservation of Biodiversity – Mitigating Human-Wildlife-Conflicts, India” in cooperation with a local consultant. The design of the summative evaluation was theory based, involving contribution and a stakeholder analysis and the reconstruction of the Theory of Change. Data collection tools included desk study, semi-structured (expert) interviews, focus group discussions, workshops and team meetings, and observation. The key sectors served by this project were natural resource management and biodiversity. Read more about the project.
