Consultancy: Project Review & Mid-term Evaluation – 01/2024 – 05/2024
I conducted a project review mission (mid-term evaluation) for the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Resources (BGR) in Cameroun. At the same time I drafted a poject proposal for a follow-up project to be handed in with BMZ. My assignment included a field mission with key informant interviews, group discussions and workshops with the project team and other relevant stakeholders (in French and English). Sectors targeted by the project include soil management, water, Climate Change Adaptation, Natural Resource Management.
